What sizes of Squishmallows do you offer?
We offer a full spectrum of squeezable joy! Our curated collections include:
  • Tiny Treasures: 5″ Squishmallows (perfect for pockets!)
  • Classic Cuddles: 7″ – 8″ and 12″ sizes
  • Statement Snuggles: 14″ – 16″ and giant 20″ companions
  • Special Collections: Clips, Holiday Squishmallows, Hug Mees & Stackables, and Licensed characters.
All our plush are officially licensed JAZWARES products, ensuring authentic quality and that signature marshmallow-soft feel.
Are the Squishmallows authentic?
Absolutely! Every Squishmallow we send from our nest at 954 Neville Street is 100% officially licensed. We are passionate collectors ourselves and would never compromise on authenticity.

📦 Ordering, Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship our hugs worldwide! From our home base in Seymour, US, we connect with Squish Squad members across the globe. Currently, we are unable to ship to only the most remote areas. (Most regions in Asia are covered, but please check at checkout for specific country availability).
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two cozy shipping adventures:
Option 1: Standard Speedy Hugs
Carrier: DHL or FedEx
Cost: $12.95
Delivery Time: 10-15 days after dispatch.
Perfect for when you need that squishy comfort a little sooner!
Option 2: Free Cozy Journey
Carrier: EMS
Cost: FREE on orders over $50!
Delivery Time: 15-25 days after dispatch.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Your journey to a hug involves two phases:
  1. Order Processing: 1-2 days. We lovingly prepare and check every detail of your order.
  2. Shipping & Transit: Please see the timelines above based on your chosen shipping method.

What is your return policy?
We want every Squishmallow to find its perfect home. If your new friend isn’t quite the perfect match, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 15 days of receipt. The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition with all tags attached.

Please contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds. If you’d like a different Squishmallow, the fastest way is to return the original item (following the policy above) and place a new order for the plush you desire.
