3. Product & Service Description

We take great care in describing and photographing our products. However, please note:

• Product Variations: Squishmallows are plush toys; slight variations in color, stitching, or firmness may occur, which are part of their unique charm and not considered defects.
• Availability: All items are subject to availability. If an item sells out after you order, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.
• Final Sale Items: For the health and hygiene of our community, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon arrival:

4. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an Order:

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase which we accept only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment for reasons including stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing & Payment:

• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where stated.
• We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
• Your payment card will be charged at the time of order placement.

Shipping:

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
• Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery Areas: We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote regions where delivery is unavailable. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love every Squishmallow. Our policy is designed to be simple and fair.

• Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Process: Contact us at [email protected] within the 15-day window to get an RMA number. Do not send items back without this number.
• Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: We cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
• International Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours (wrong/damaged item). Mark the package as “Returned Goods” on customs forms.

Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us immediately with photos. We will replace or refund promptly.
